A change to Wendover Community Trust
As from 1 January 2012 the Wendover Community Trust is known as the LIONEL ABEL-SMITH TRUST. This recognises Lionel’s incredible generosity in creating the Trust to provide Wendover residents and societies with financial assistance for worthwhile projects. Since its inception in 1977 it has distributed more than £2.5 million in grants to some 80 organizations and over 1,000 individuals resident within the parish of Wendover and the Moor Park Estate.
The Trust now invites applications for grants for consideration at the 34th Annual Meeting of the Trustees which will take place on Friday 4 May. Please write to or email The Clerk, Mrs Glenys Newman, giving as much information as possible including your contact telephone number or email:-
