New Wendover News logo
As Wendover News has now reached the big 21 we would like to celebrate by giving ourselves a new logo. Our current logo has served us well, however we feel the time has now come to freshen it up. We would therefore like to engage the help of you, our readers, to design a new logo for Wendover News.
An image of the Clock Tower is favoured, as it is so iconic, but feel free to come up with other ideas. As the logo will be used not only in Wendover News, but also on our website, Facebook and Twitter pages and on stationery.
Wendover News Logo Competition Terms and Conditions
- the Clock Tower is used as the logo for many Wendover institutions and clubs, therefore the new Wendover News logo must differ from these in some way
- Remember that the logo must be your work and not subject to copyright laws
- The logo should be in jpeg format or PNG and ideally be about 3.2kb
- The logo should be in black and white
- The logo will be used on the front page of Wendover News, on our website, on our Facebook and Twitter pages, stationery (eg letterheads) and banners, therefore the logo must look good in all of these formats
- The winner will receive a £100 voucher for a local restaurant or electronics store. The choice will be up to the winner
- Entries must be emailed to editor@wendover-news.co.uk as an attachment
- The deadline is Thursday 30th September 2010
